The Fast and the Furry 8K or 5K9

Tuesday, January 8th, 2013

This will be one of our biggest fundraisers to date!  Please join us on May 25th on Harriet Island for some fun!  Here’s a link to registration.  If you register before January 31st, you get $5 off your registration.

***Due to the popularity of this event, there will be no same day registration.  There are fewer than 50 spots available*** Updated 5/11/13

There is a good spirited competition going on with this fundraiser as well.  We’re sharing the proceeds of the race with Gentle Touch Animal Sanctuary.  They’re a worthy cause, but we’d still like to have more of our folks signing up for bragging rights.  Come on, run or walk with us!

Pet Project Calendar!

Friday, November 30th, 2012

The Pet Project is having a calendar release party on Saturday, December 8th.  Lisa Sellman from The Good Dog is hosting and here are the details:

The party is December 8th from 1pm to 5pm. The address is 700 Colorado Avenue, Golden Valley, MN 55416. Bring a can or bag or pet food or treats for the Pet Project who will also be on hand. Rick is coming as Santa Clause so bring your camera for your Christmas cards.  Well socialized dogs are welcome.  The space is large, so feel free to bring Fido.  There will be treats for everyone!

Last year, this was a big fundraiser for us and we’re hoping to make it a big success!  There are several local shops that will carry our calendar starting the week of December 10th.  Please visit our Facebook page for more details.
