The Pet Project helps keep you and your pet together -- and healthy.

One of the most responsible things a pet owner can do is to have their pets spayed or neutered. For assistance contact the Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program at MNSNAP.org or Minnesota Spay Neuter Project at mnspayneuter.org or Pet Haven at pethavenmn.org.

In order to be able to offer veterinary services, we will need some information about you and your pet. Please complete and submit the form below. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone other than the veterinarian providing services. When applications exceed available appointments, they will be put into a lottery.

We encourage you to write as much as you want about your relationship with your pet. We may even publish what you write, to share the stories of everyday joy that pets provide. If we do publish your story, you will be identified only by your first name, last initial, and city. Let us know if you would prefer to remain completely anonymous.

Note: We require each person either pay a portion of his or her bill or, if unable to pay, sign up to volunteer time. Click here to complete the volunteer form.
